Janus: the Roman god of transitions, bridges and every kind of beginning. One face looks to the past, the other to the future. Janus stands between those two spaces.
Paired photographs. Each showing interior and exterior views of the same window. Each window is from a building in transition, suspended between its past and its future. Each photograph has a dedicated speaker, from which a viewer can listen to a text associated with that window.
